As a growing organisation, IAP2 Australasia is seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support our Marketing and Sales Team.
About the role
As a growing organisation, IAP2 Australasia is seeking a full time Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support the Marketing & Communications Specialist and the Marketing and Sales Manager in preparing and undertaking marketing projects and campaigns, including the coordination and development of branding, corporate imagery, print and promotional materials and collateral, and suppliers.
An integral part of this role is around maintaining and uploading content across our key digital platforms including Wordpress, Salesforce, Pardot campaign management and social media, so solid digital marketing knowledge and skills is essential.
About you
To be considered for this role you must possess the following attributes:
- Solid digital marketing skills and knowledge, particularly with Wordpress and Pardot
- Excellent copy writing and communication skills
- Proven relationship management and relationship selling skills
- Good presentation and public speaking skills
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communication or related discipline
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge and experience with social media platforms
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Asana, SalesForce, Wordpress, Canva and Pardot along with major social media platforms
An intuitive thinker with the ability to prioritise, multitask and drive tasks through to completion is an essential part of this role.
