Our client is a Sydney-based industry super fund dedicated to providing high-level, personalised services to their members.
They are in search of a Marketing and Communications professional to coordinate all marketing, communications, and promotional activities of the fund. This role involves managing various marketing activities, liaising with senior stakeholders, working closely with compliance, and coordinating with service providers.
This role can be based in either Sydney CBD or Western Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities related to annual and half-yearly member statements;
- Ensure all marketing content and Communications are compliant with super laws and aligns with the funds’ brand guidelines;
- Create digital campaigns, social media posts, and paid media activities;
- Monitor cost, quality, and service of providers;
- Manage all changes to the public website and members’ portals; AND
- Ensure all collaterals are current, including PDS, guides, forms, standard letters, and presentations for seminars, toolbox talks, employer presentations, and the annual members' meeting.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Tertiary education in Marketing or related fields;
- Demonstrated experience in a marketing role within Financial Services. Superannuation fund experience advantageous but not essential;
- Digital marketing expertise;
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- Experience working with campaigns that have a compliance aspect;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; AND
- Creative flair and innovative mindset.
