With our industry leading partners Accenture and Google, we have developed the Podium Property Insights SaaS product to unlock insights that enable space optimisation, enhance sustainability, and improve tenant experiences in corporate real estate environments.
We are currently seeking exceptional candidates to perform the role of Marketing and Communications Manager for our Podium Property Insights product. This role will be pivotal to the overall growth and marketing strategy for our software as we continue to expedite product development and rapidly grow our customer base. You will develop and execute a marketing plan specifically focused on delivering qualified leads utilising your expertise in SaaS marketing techniques. By working closely with the Podium Property Insights Leadership Team, you will be instrumental in ensuring we meet and exceed agreed KPIs focused on revenue growth.
Taking marketing ownership of the product, you will oversee the messaging for earned and owned content across all channels including social media, intranet, website, webinars, events and publications. You will develop a thought leadership plan to support the strategic objectives of the business. With a strong background in online marketing, you will generate leads and provide marketing insights, analysis and reporting. By connecting with our industry partners, you will assist them in sharing the content and thought leadership with their customers via their marketing teams.

Thrive on marketing SaaS products that delight and excite customers.
Already have significant SaaS marketing experience in a high-growth software environment.
Utilise both your experience and growth mindset to provide compelling messages to target audiences.
Exhibit a strong understanding of online marketing, social media and marketing automation tools and techniques (e.g SEO, paid campaigns, social media tools).
Leverage a strong understanding of digital channels and their supporting analytics.
Be adept at building relationships across product lines, within functional groups, and with senior leadership teams.
Have mastered the creation of high-quality content that resonates with customers through key messaging on features, benefits, and evidence.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills that influence how people think and feel about software products.
Radiate a pro-active and positive 'can do' attitude in a variable and rapidly changing work environment.
Be comfortable multi-tasking and switching rapidly between diverse tasks and assignments.
Ideally have experience within the property industry and/or proptech solutions.
