Already a leading national company and brand in the Agri-space, the Feed Central group is growing and evolving as we adapt to an exciting and ever changing business environment. Our next project is very exciting and we need to grow our team to make it happen.
We are now seeking a high calibre communications professional to lead the branding, Marketing and communication aspects of our businesses and to especially ensure our growth strategies and new initiatives are clearly communicated to our national audience.
Fundamentally, we are seeking to welcome a new team member who has the ability to roll up their sleeves and work with the team to both develop,and most importantly, implement modern Marketing and Communications for Feed Central and related brands.
Key Components of the role:
- Developing and managing a modern Marketing and Communications plan which clearly communicates the changing nature of the Feed Central business.
- The implementation and on-going management of the Marketing and Communications for a new very high profile national business.
- Development and management of our marketing budget.
- Working with an experienced and high achieving team.
- Regular reporting to the Managing Director and Management Team on key performance areas.
Day to day you can expect to:
- Management of Marketing and Communications of existing brands, specifically managing the changing nature of the Feed Central brand.
- Launch and ongoing growth of a new national brand.
- Further develop and implement our SEO strategy, including organic and paid advertising.
- Coordinating marketing related projects including team attendance at key industry events.
- Develop and implement our social media strategy.
- Manage our sponsorships, partnerships and affiliations.
- The management and maintenance of the content components of our WordPress site.
- Contribute positively and strategically to new projects.
- Working closely with department leaders and team members to develop and implement Marketing and Communications initiatives.
- Develop, work with, and coordinate a team of support providers including internal team, agents, designers, media experts, consultants etc.
Key Requirements for the role:
- Experience in agricultural Marketing and Communications will be highly desirable.
- Positivity, and a desire for a significant professional challenge.
- Very strong project management and execution capacity.
- Ability to design and manage campaigns across multiple platforms, including socials, webs, traditional etc.
- Strong SEO and digital marketing experience, or ability to obtain quickly, is essential.
- Experience working within a successful digital / e-commerce environment will be highly regarded.
- Highly developed communication capacity, with the ability to communicate effectively with the team and to bring the whole team along on our Marketing and Communications journey.
