The Role:
As the Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our production processes. Reporting to the Value-Add Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Efficient Operations: Streamlining production workflows, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Managing and motivating production teams, fostering collaboration, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Resource Allocation: Allocating resources effectively, including personnel, machinery, and materials.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for enhancement, implementing process improvements, and driving operational excellence.
Your Qualifications and Experience:
- You have proven experience in production management within Value-Add Operations including Retail and Food Service.
- You are a natural leader with strong leadership skills, and you can inspire and guide teams.
- You have knowledge of safety standards, quality control, and compliance requirements.
- You have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- You’re adept at managing people and processes to meet daily targets.
