- Support the Marketing Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in implementing departmental goals and plans, ensuring alignment with broader business strategy.
- Supervise Marketing work plans, campaign schedules, and budgeting, collaborating with Finance and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain oversight of contracts and procurement processes, optimising efficiency, and monitoring supplier performance.
- Streamline processes, enhance speed to market, and drive adoption of marketing platforms.
- Foster continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration, addressing key issues and managing change.
- Lead initiatives for marketing risk management, compliance, and governance, supporting Legal as needed.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent TAFE Diploma, or relevant industry expertise.
- Experience in effectively leading Marketing operations (7+ years is a general indicator).
- Demonstrated comprehension of Marketing's impact on business success.
- Proven track record in Project Management.
- Experience in overseeing risk, compliance, and governance in a regulated sector.
- Extensive background in developing Marketing processes and managing operations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Inspiring and motivating leadership style.
- Capable of uniting team members and stakeholders across functions to achieve shared goals.
