AMA Warehouse Yatala, a leading motorcycle parts and accessories shop, is looking for a motivated and creative Full-time Marketing Manager to join our vibrant team. This role requires a hands-on approach to manage and drive the marketing efforts across our three physical locations and various digital platforms. Required Skills:
- Proven experience in digital marketing.
- Proficient in creating content for social media platforms.
- Basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads.
- Experienced with Shopify platform management.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo for email marketing.
- Strong ability in blog writing and sales copywriting.
- Ability to create and star in, promotional video content

Key Responsibilities:
- In-Store Promotions: Develop, plan, and implement marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and sales at our three locations.
- Merchandising: Design and manage the production of AMA Warehouse branded merchandise to sell and to giveaway.
- Video Content Production: Curate and execute video content for our YouTube channel to promote and inform customers about AMA Warehouse brands.
- SEO and Blogging: Craft SEO-optimized blog posts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor marketing performance, providing feedback, improvements and analysis to meet business and revenue objectives.
- Social Media Management: Generate daily social media content, 2x per day and manage in-store video content for Facebook and Instagram. (2 posts per day, 7 days weekly)
- Digital Campaigns: Regularly create and coordinate digital marketing campaigns, liaising with external marketing teams. (2x campaigns per week)
- Sponsorship Management: Develop and manage relationships for personal and club level sponsorships.
- E-Commerce Management: Oversee Shopify product listings, including image uploads and product descriptions.
- Product Launches: Coordinate the marketing for new product lines and brand introductions.
- Custom Orders: Handle the design and fulfilment of custom jersey printing orders.
- Sales Events: Plan and execute major sales events and promotions, both in-store and online. (5x sales per year)
- Supplier Coordination: Engage with suppliers for product promotions and giveaways.
- Team Collaboration: Support and collaborate with the online support team for seamless marketing execution and customer support.
- Event Planning: Organize and market occasional in-store events and promotions.
