Civium is seeking a talented individual to join our growing team as a Marketing and Communications Officer!
As a Marketing and Communications Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing strategies, enhancing our brand presence, and fostering effective communication both internally and externally.
With excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a happy, can-do attitude, you will also be a great problem solver with a client focused and team-oriented approach.
Key Activities and Initiatives
Email Marketing: Direct email marketing campaigns, employing segmentation, and automation to nurture leads and uphold strong customer relationships.
New Technology Integration: Stay current with the latest marketing technologies, tools, and platforms, identifying and effectively implementing opportunities.
Administration: CRM Management
Production of Marketing Material - Listing kits, Welcome/Information packs, Group Booklets, marketing collateral including newsletters, flyers, brochures, letters, press advertising, submissions and promotional material.
About you
- High level experience in Adobe suite, in particular InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Strong administration and planning skills, including the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Superior professionalism and judgment.
- Demonstrated written communication skills for different channels, with strong attention to detail.
