Newcastle Airport, the second busiest Airport in the state, is experiencing the most exciting period of its 70-year history as it grows in size, aspiration, and influence.

About the role:
As the Marketing and Campaign Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing high-quality campaign plans and activities to meet our business objectives. Working closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager, you'll coordinate Newcastle Airports aviation and tourism marketing campaigns, brand marketing initiatives, corporate sponsorships, and events, while overseeing the content management of the NAPL brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with airline partners, other airports, and tourism marketers.
- Assist in implementing annual Marketing and Communication Plans.
- Coordinate brand marketing campaigns across various media channels.
- Support the Aviation Business Development Manager in developing aviation business cases and collateral.
- Manage the optimisation of Newcastle Airports website and intranet tools.
- Manage relationships with wholesale, travel agent, and trade partners for B2C marketing campaigns.
- Oversee content management of the Newcastle Airport brand, including social media planning and multimedia content production.
- Coordinate sponsorship policy and planning.
- Prepare Newcastle Airports Annual Report in line with financial reporting standards.
- Manage major and minor events as needed.
- Manage Route Launches in partnership with airlines and Newcastle Airports business units.
- Prepare campaign reports.
