Reporting into an impressive Communications Manager, you will apply your communications experience to assigned business transformation projects together with driving ‘business as usual’ Internal Communications across an integrated suite of channels.
Whilst driving the delivery of the strategic Internal Communications plan will be at the core, it will be your flexibility and adaptability that will be the cornerstone to your success. Examples of the projects you will work on include, but are not limited to: An office relocation, IT transformation, people & culture team communications and policy & procedural development.
With an exceptional eye for detail, you pride yourself on your ability to engage and influence stakeholders and you are known for building trusted and valued relationships. Your writing skills are first class, as are your oral communication and listening skills. With a background in mid-to-large corporate environments, you are a confident, intelligent, and energetic communications professional, who is looking to further develop and grow.
Tertiary qualified, you arrive with a minimum of 3-5 years’ of dedicated Internal Communications experience together a good understanding of change and transformation.
