About the Role:

Joining our Gold Coast Campus in Robina, the Marketing & Content Coordinator plays a vital role in achieving KPIs for social media growth, engagement, and recruitment leads. As a part of our dynamic team, you'll create captivating content across various platforms, implement strategies, and contribute to the growth of our presence on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest.

Under the mentorship of our Content Manager, you'll enjoy creative freedom. Your role will demand creativity, innovation, and analytical skills, allowing you to explore digital trends, test ideas, and analyse results for reaching new audiences and growing traffic.

Working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll contribute to the paid media strategy, including crafting digital advertising across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

The Ideal Candidate:

• You're online and social media savvy and know your way around FB, IG, TikTok & Youtube
• You're a Social Media native who loves to create & share
• You're a visual creative with an eye for detail and share the same on-brand aesthetic to The French
• You are confident in copywriting (and using copywriting AI such as chatGPT) to create engaging blog posts that speak to our audience
• You are experienced and confident in graphic design, specifically Canva
• You have a love for all things beauty and makeup
• You understand the story behind each channel's data & metrics.
• You're a self starter who wants to be part of a passionate team and business that's doing some really extraordinary things.
• You have high attention to detail and clear communication style with team members and stakeholders 

Your Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Assisting our Content Manager with creating the weekly social media plan for Instagram + TikTok + FB + Youtube
• Coming up with social media ideas based on trends 
• Shooting, editing, recording videos and voice-overs for all content shot in-house 
• Scheduling all content and getting approval before it goes live 
• Community management - ie. responding to DMs and comments, Google reviews
• Filming & directing other staff for social media content 
• Briefing content out to students and other staff members
• Weekly reporting on metrics 
• Creating or briefing social media ads as requested by agency partners
• Collaborating with influencers and creators (Instagram + TikTok) 
• Assisting with brand events and activations 
• Creating various graphic designs through Canva

About You:

With at least one year of experience in content creation or a social media role, you'll bring a deep understanding of social media trends, video content creation, and editing skills. Comfortable in front of and behind the camera, you'll showcase your passion for beauty, makeup, and education. Highly organized and self-managed, you're ready to contribute to our positive culture.
