Reporting to the Head of Brand and Marketing the Social, Content and PR Coordinatoris responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of SkinKandy digital Content and assets, including management of our social media platforms. Your standout skillset include:
- Hands-on experience creating a variety of content types, especially video – IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube and is not afraid to get in front of the camera to film content
- Understands the importance of branding and is an excellent communicator
- Thinks outside the box and isn’t afraid to push the boundaries with their content
- Has the ability to travel to various stores nationally/globally as required
- Established presence on social media platforms
- Experience using Facebook Business Manager
- A good eye for photography and videography
- Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and/or Premier
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Ability to plan and capture epic content for social media
- Able to analyse and report on organic social performance
- Demonstrated ability to engage with followers
Your key Accountabilities
- PR - compile, target, connect, send , follow-up and record, and leverage PR opportunities
- Copy Writing – including social, PR, website and PRoduct enrichment and blog development
- Activations and Events - strategize, plan, organise, cost, execute and follow-up results and reporting
- Photoshoot and Brand Eventing - strategize, cost, source, contract, run sheets, planning, execution and delivery
- Paid Social Management - agency management to deliver creative, strategy and KPI results
- Community - ownership and collaboration across community and social platforms from a compliance, communication, and account point of contact

In this role you will join a fun & supportive team at the SkinKandy HQ Support Office in the heart of Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast and work within an environment where you are encouraged to be yourself and embrace your individuality!
We enjoy a collaborative workspace at HQ - this role is office based and remote work is not on offer - however, relocation assistance could be considered for the right candidate!
