Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative team. The successful candidate will be an all-rounder and will be responsible for creating content and managing and growing our Social Media presence across various platforms. Looking after the website, maintaining marketing automation in our CRM and weekly SEO maintenance. This role requires a strong understanding of Social Media algorithms, the ability to create engaging content, good SEO skills and experience using CRMs.
Main responsibilities include:
- Craft consistent messaging across digital channels to reinforce brand identity.
- Creation, curation and scheduling of engaging content across multiple platforms.
- Proficient in video capture, editing and creating reels.
- Regular analysis and reporting on Social Media performance.
- Conducting Social Media audits across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Linkedin
- Collaborating with team members to develop and implement comprehensive Social Media strategies.
- Daily community management of our accounts. Inclusive of inbox monitoring, responding to comments and driving engagement.
- Use WordPress and Elementor to keep the website up to date and ensure user experience is streamlined.
- Review current SEO content and framework to develop a sustainable SEO content plan to amplify current and future content creations.
- Create, execute, and drive a variety of internal SEO strategies and projects geared to drive leads and sales.
- Writing blog posts that help with SEO.
- Create automation and systems to help the sales team.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimise website content for search engines.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for insights.
What we are looking for:
- 2-3 years minimum experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience managing Social Media accounts and growing engagement and followers.
- Strong understanding of Social Media algorithms and best practices for various platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging brand content.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads Manager & Scheduling Platforms, Highly Regarded
- Experience using Elementor, Wordpress, SEM Rush
- Experience with Hubspot or other similar CRM
