In this role, you will be…
Responsible for executing the national marketing strategy for My Holiday brands - developing effective marketing campaigns and actions that met monthly lead targets, target market share gain and enhance brand profile and brand consideration
Working with Head of Marketing to set specific marketing goals, monitoring and providing analysis including weekly and monthly reporting on results and recommendations
Working with Tourism Bodies alongside the product team to secure funding, managing proposals, campaigns and reporting
Responsible for marketing budget, determining budget needed to meet targets as well as managing partner funding
Collaborate with Digital and Media Managers to understand channel effectiveness to drive leads and opportunities, using these insights to determine the most effective way to advertise across paid media, owned and earned media
About you…
5+ year’s experience in marketing, having held a similar leadership position
Proven track record of delivering effective marketing strategies that significantly contributed to positive business growth
Experience in a relevant retail consumer industry that's Omni channel, fast moving and constantly changing
A innovative thinker who is self motivated with strong ability to meet deadlines and always be on the look out for new ways to generate revenue and creative flair
Knowledge of the travel industry distribution (existing tourism body relations advantageous)
