We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Services Manager to join these teams and contribute to their continued success.
About the role:
As a Client Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Financial Advisors and ensuring the smooth operation of their wealth management services.
Key Responsibilities:
-Work alongside the financial planning team to deliver excellent customer outcomes
-Schedule reviews & appointments on behalf of your financial adviser
-Liaise with clients to request and follow up on necessary information
-Complete Pre-Assessments
-Updating internal CRM & client records
-Liaise with counterparties to complete/resolve implementations
-Document preparation
-Ad-Hoc administration tasks
About you:
-1-2 Years Client Services Officer/Manager experience
-Highly motivated
-Strong communication skills
-Empathetic
-Organized with strong attention to detail
-Ability to work both independently and within a team
-Experience with financial planning software is highly desirable
