Responsibilities will include:
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers with constructive outcomes for the customer’s business.
- Regular insight and reporting to venues. Your portfolio will consist of approximately 70-80 venues (a mix of Pubs and Clubs)
- Ensure customers are well informed regarding gaming industry trends or regulatory changes.
- Successful support and service of all MAXs products and services to improve customer satisfaction and overall business performance.
- Identify opportunities for growth in non-gaming activities through venue traffic and increased venue utilisation.
- Identify new business opportunities and managing contract negotiations for existing customer base
- Deliver quality training as required by our MAX Venues across numerous product channels and processes.
What you’ll bring

- Sales focus with call cycles and offering solutions that provide maximum potential for turnover growth.
- Drive and determination. Highly self-motivated, with the ability to motivate others.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Sound financial capabilities and basic understanding of key business and venue metrics.
- Experience in, multi-venue management, marketing and promotions.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organisational & time management skills.
- Strong persuasion and influencing skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience an advantage.
- Previous experience in pubs/clubs and gaming highly desirable.
