About the role
As a vital member of our team, you'll play a key role in delivering efficient and effective marketing initiatives. This role offers a unique chance to expand on your skill set and foster your marketing career within our dynamic and innovative marketing team.
As Australia's largest residential developer, you will join a team committed to creating impactful marketing campaigns and contributing to the success of Stockland's growing land lease communities business.
This position offers flexible working between work/home. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate the marketing activities for resales in established Halcyon Communities
- Liaise with various stakeholders on quote requests and purchase orders
- Assist with the coordination of events and promotional activities
- Follow up and obtain timely signoffs on work moving in and out of the team
- Coordinate materials to the appropriate person for shipment to vendor(s) or projects
- Accurately maintain data with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
- Build and deliver EDM campaign and social posts as requested by the Community Marketing Manager (CMM)
- Maintain and support the Stockland Digital Asset Management (photo/material library) and supply to other parties when required, such as logo and photos
- Assist with template design work including updating fact sheets, invitations, newsletters and layout/resizing of advertisements
About you
- Marketing experience, including knowledge related to the production of marketing materials
- Experience with managing marketing agencies and suppliers preferably but not essential
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Project coordination
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Like to take accountability for your work, ability to work under pressure and at pace, driven to meet agreed deadlines
