Total Commercial Equipment is one of the fastest growing companies in its industry in Australia. This SA owned company imports, sells, installs and services commercial kitchen and laundry equipment, Australia wide. With continued company growth, Total Commercial Equipment is seeking a Marketing Assistant to expand the company's marketing department.
The Position
This entry level position is ideally suited to a marketing graduate, or someone nearing the end of their marketing studies. Working with the Marketing Coordinator, the successful candidate will develop and implement the company's marketing plan across three divisions; commercial kitchen equipment, commercial laundry equipment, and service and spare parts. Duties will be varied and will include development of corporate and product brochures, website content, social media content, organisation of trade shows, advertising opportunities, video creation and reporting. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who wants to learn.
This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
The option for part time employment can be negotiated for the right applicant.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you must have;
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing (or nearing its completion).
- Design skills in programs such as InDesign or Photoshop are not essential, but advantageous.
- Exceptional grammar, spelling and numeracy skills.
- Ability to write and develop communication materials.
- Ability to complete work in a timely manner and manage a broad workload.
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- The ability and desire to increase product knowledge relating to this role.
- The ability to use initiative.
- The desire to learn, grow and prosper in this fast paced office environment.
