Your opportunity
The role of a Casual Marketing Assistant- Memberships, involves collaborating with the Westfield membership team, Support Office teams, Retail Partnerships, and Westfield centre teams to achieve Westfield membership enrolment and engagement targets.
This is accomplished through joint efforts in implementing captivating marketing initiatives. Additionally, the role contributes to delivering outstanding member experiences by offering insights to enhance local centre activations and facilitating the implementation of portfolio-led initiatives.
Your role and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Build and maintain relationship with centre teams in support of delivery of Westfield membership enrolment and engagement targets.
- Support centres and provide clear communications in delivery of local and portfolio led campaigns, setting up T&Cs, product and content updates.
- Work as part of Westfield membership team to help deliver events and activations.
- Be an active member of the wider Westfield membership team to help support centres with delivery of test and learn experiences for Westfield membership.
- Build and maintain relationships with retail partnership team, supporting with retailer product delivery, packs and debriefs.
- Support membership and activations team to deliver competitions and activations, setting up Talon One and supporting with the fulfilment of prizing/products.
This casual position is located at the Scentre Group Support Office in Sydney CBD and requires a commitment of at least four workdays each week.
