Our business is going through a growth period and as we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join us as an Office Support and Marketing Assistant.
Position Overview:
As an Office Support and Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support including as acting PA to the Managing Director while also assisting with sales and marketing initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in office administration, financial reporting and marketing strategies within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Schedule meetings and appointments and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
Marketing Assistance:
- Support the sales team in the development, execution of marketing campaigns including email campaigns.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations.
- Help maintain and update the company website and social media channels.
- Conduct market research and assist in analyzing current marketing data.
- Develop channels to create new leads/work within existing customer data base.
Client Relations:
- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients
- Assist in managing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field desired.
- Previous experience in office administration or marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in Adobe Tools, Google Analytics, Web Analytical tools,
- Multi channel opportunist to increase web traffic on SERPs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creative <> Curious <> Persuasive
Benefits:
- Competitive wages between $28.00 and $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, working a 38 hour week, Monday to Friday.
