About you
You are a creative and innovative individual with a passion for women’s health. As this role is remote you will need to be organised, focused and a self-starter and be comfortable succeeding in this environment.
Your specific qualifications & experience:
- Qualification in marketing, communications or equivalent preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and what it takes to drive engagement on these platforms.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and high level of attention to detail.
- An eye for design would also be preferred but is not essential.
- Highly organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to pick up new technologies easily. Previous experience with a CMS or Marketing Automation Platform will be well received.
- A team player who is not afraid to jump in and help out when others need it.
- You are someone who loves to learn new things and believes failure is an opportunity to learn something new.

About the Role
We are seeking an entry-level Marketing Assistant to help build engagement across our social media channels, manage our community, and help us create a seamless digital experience for our patients from start to finish. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will work collaboratively with the wider Lucy Rose team to ensure all content is on brand, engaging and connects with our potential patients.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing our social media presence and patient community. This includes continually innovating and optimising content to increase engagement across these channels.
- Developing and implementing our digital marketing campaigns, and measuring their success.
- Management of our website, online client portal and mobile application and creation of digital content to promote engagement and draw potential clients to interact with the brand. This will include regular auditing and updating of content to ensure accuracy.
- Ensuring assets are created on-brief and that they meet our high standard of quality and adheres to the brand aesthetics and style guidelines.
- Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager to achieve KPI's.
- Assisting the GM and Sales and Marketing Manager with daily reporting to understand the sales and marketing metrics for the team as well as the company.
- Communication and collaboration with the internal team to create content
- Provide additional ad-hoc support to the wider Lucy Rose Team as required.
