About the role:
Award-winning education provider Box Hill Institute is looking for a number of dynamic Marketing Business Partners to drive its brand and product offering to prospective students across Melbourne and beyond.
You’ll bring fresh ideas to support marketing campaigns and activities that strengthen our products, increase awareness of our brand, and enhance lead generation activities in a multi-billion dollar sector.
An integral part of the Marketing Team, these influential roles will see you mixing with a diverse range of skilled staff, students and industry partners. Your day-to-day will be varied with product portfolio planning, market research, campaign development, events and engagement activities with academics and employers. You’ll have exposure and input into marketing activities, prepare product positioning briefs, interrogate multiple data sources, engage with stakeholders, and coordinate activities to promote products within your portfolio.
- You’ll become an expert on our internal and external education environments and the person with the answers. You’ll get the opportunity to work with diverse workforces that light up the Victorian economy including teaching staff across the trades and professions, marketing professionals, business developers and strategy experts. You’ll collaborate with the Events function to plan and execute recruitment events.
- Other responsibilities include strategic desktop research to inform competitive reviews that evolve our product portfolios.

- An ambition to know the sector and where it’s heading.
- Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of campaign briefs.
- Experienced in undertaking desktop research and analysing data to inform marketing planning.
- Demonstrated capability to align product positioning and attributes with brand objectives.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with specific evidence of successful stakeholder management.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Understanding of the digital environment and its key messaging channels.
- Knowledge of the vocational and higher education sector preferable but not essential
- Completed a relevant degree/diploma level qualification with relevant work-related experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
