Marketing & Comms Manager | Property Finance

Join this boutique fast-growing, ambitious Property Investment firm with a proven track record in delivering returns for their investors consistently.
The opportunity has become available for a Marketing Specialist to take on the Marketing Strategy and Execution for this private family office, reporting to the Owner.
You will be the sole marketer for this boutique business, with the opportunity to really own all the MarComms and grow the brand (with future potential for an assistant). Having direct correspondence with the owner will allow for quick decision-making and a dynamic/agile environment. You can really shape this role to be your own, set the strategy, choose the agency partnerships, and contribute to the continued positive trajectory of this growing business!

Your daily duties will include:

• Develop and execute marketing plans & strategies to meet organisational objectives working with the owner and collaborating with wider team
• Investor communications strategy and implementation
• Reporting duties - gather relevant marketing and lead generation KPIs and any data and insights, and report back to owner
• Effectively manage external agency consultants
• Budgeting - establish annual budget with owner
• PR & Media - oversee initiatives across multiple channels, increasing brand awareness
• Oversee website and content management

  
To be successful for the role you will have the following attributes:

• 3 - 5+ years’ similar experience, open to a Marketing Executive/Specialist/Senior Coordinator wanting to step up or a current Marketing Manager 
• Industry experience within Real Estate/Property Investment, Financial Services, Professional Services, Property Development, Fund Management, Superannuation or similar industry experience highly regarded
• Tertiary Qualifications preferred
• Strong initiative, decisiveness, organised, structured & positive attitude
• Experience in implementation of effective marketing strategies, reporting, insights, and recommendations
• Great time management skills and a “finisher”
