Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing activities both online and offline, encompassing social media, print media, EDMs, phone campaigns, press releases, and direct mail.
- Collate, oversee, and approve marketing materials for all channels of digital and print media.
- Craft flawless copy that resonates with our audience, maintaining professionalism and engagement across various platforms including blogs, speeches, webinars, internal communications, and more.
- Evaluate and optimize PR & marketing campaigns, leveraging insights to refine strategy and tactics.
- Help create monthly and intermittent EDMs, working closely with the design team for seamless execution, and focusing on leveraging content for case studies and sales activities.
- Extract and repurpose content from webinars, recorded meetings, and YouTube videos to create compelling case studies and blog posts.
- Transform requests into briefs for collaborative content creation and marketing initiatives with the in-house graphic designer.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Coordinate social media activities across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube to promote content and engage with our audience.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks as needed, including providing support to our Head of Sales and Marketing, drafting white papers, developing new content ideas like photography checklists, writing FAQs, and scripting for How-To videos.
Skills:
- Exceptional spelling & grammar, with a proven ability to deliver outstanding copy for a range of projects from short social media posts to extensive white papers.
- Versatile writing style, adaptable to different types of content and audience engagement strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating detailed briefs, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with team members.
- Familiarity with EDM platforms, marketing management platforms, and post-scheduling services, capable of orchestrating diverse marketing campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, aiding in the collaborative content creation process.
- A strong understanding and use of Canva is beneficial, enhancing the ability to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
- Ability to digest technical content from webinars, case studies, and videos, transforming it into engaging and informative blog posts and marketing materials.
- Innovative and strategic thinker, capable of generating new ideas for content and quickly adapting to ad hoc marketing needs.
