Reporting into the Head of Corporate Communications, in this exciting Communications Manager contract, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Develop and implement change communication strategies for key areas focusing on technological and system enhancements
- Engage with Executives and senior management for consistent messaging throughout the organisation
- Manage communication plans for business units
- Ensure compliance with style guides and accessibility standards
- Provide evidence-based reports on communication effectiveness through UAT/surveys
- Create diverse communication materials
- Analyse industry trends and policy changes

To be successful for this Communications Manager contract, you must have experience with the following:
- At least 12 months in a similar Senior Communications focused role
- Project Communications Experience – Change communication, internal communication, generalist communication ability
- Stakeholder Engagement (ED’s and Chiefs)
- Some ability to work with visuals; PPT/Video
- System knowledge: need to understand user acceptance testing
- IT/cybersecurity/change management knowledge will be advantageous
- NSW Government experience will be favoured
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability work independently and meet strict deadlines
