You will play a key role in shaping our customer engagement. Reporting to the Head of Digital & Customer, you'll manage engaging direct marketing campaigns, performance reporting, internal communications, and contribute to our brand, customer experience and digital initiatives.

About this Opportunity
Specifically your job duties may include:
- Running the end-to-end campaign creation process including data brief, design and content production, scheduling, testing and execution.
- Developing the internal communications calendar, scheduling various communications to different internal audiences plus managing content and roll out across internal channels.
- Conducting regular reporting and post-campaign analysis on customer engagement activities, customer experience tracking (NPS) and other operational reporting to extract key insights.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure existing customer engagement activities deliver value, while new initiatives can be operationalised efficiently and effectively.
- Supporting with key business projects such as customer segmentation, CRM and marketing automation, digital assets upgrades (e.g customer portal), customer contact strategy, etc.
- Assisting in identifying customer pain points and opportunities.
About You
To be successful in this role we are looking for the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital, Communications, or relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience demonstrating understanding of marketing principles, channels, and techniques.
- Basic to proficient skills in design tools like Canva, Adobe, or Figma.
- Understanding of audience segmentation and targeting.
- Creative thinking and content production with execution follow-through.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with conflicting deadlines.
- High-level attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
