Communications Manager

4impact is hiring an experienced Communications Manager for one of the world's largest resources companies operating globally. As the Manager Communications, you will work collaboratively with the global team and within Corporate Affairs in Queensland and South Australia. 
You will work in a hybrid environment, including both a spacious Perth office and a remote location of your choice – we encourage you to get creative and to work where you feel your best!

Key Responsibilities:

• Establishing and maintaining ‘trusted adviser’ relationships with key stakeholders at all levels in the business.
• Developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of key portfolio areas and business requirements and proactively managing key issues and communications in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensuring a strategic and planned approach to communication, issues and stakeholder management outcomes.

About you:

• As a passionate communications professional, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills to deliver and execute strategic and integrated communications plans across a variety of audiences, channels and platforms. It is important that you have digital media experience. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• By nature, you are at ease engaging and influencing people at all levels of the organisation to achieve results and can positively contribute to team culture. Demonstrated experience is essential, and a relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.
• Experience in SAP S/4 hana required.
