The Opportunity
As a Marketing Consultant, your primary responsibility is to assist the Employer Marketing Lead in executing data-driven marketing and communication initiatives. These efforts are aimed at bolstering the UniSuper Employer Partnership team. Your role involves fostering engagement with employers and members, enhancing retention rates, and facilitating new acquisitions. Additionally, you'll actively contribute to the development and implementation of the education platform, aligning with our overarching education strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Lead, Employer Marketing to manage and implement new retention and engagement campaigns and employer activity in line with the marketing plan.
- Implement self-service functionality to support the Employer Partnership team
- Coordinate and assist with the facilitation of planning sessions with the Employer and Advice teams
- Management of Marketing Request tool activity and execution of required deliverables
- Delivering excellent outcomes in a fast paced environment working to often tight deadlines
- Work close with stakeholders
- Manage end to end campaign from brief to execution
About You:
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- 3 years experience in a Marketing role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, and ability to manage and communicate with senior executives
- Ability to work across multiple projects to tight deadlines
- B2B experience essential and B2C preferred
- Attention to detail and proactive, 'can do' attitude and proven track record of successful results-orientated communications
- Experience within superannuation, life insurance or financial services
- Experience leading and developing communications for financial audiences across multiple channels
- RG146 desirable
