The role: 

Your career at NAB is about more than money, it's about serving our customers well and helping our communities prosper. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Media Personalisation to join our high performing Home Owner Marketing team.

Specifically, you will:

• Ensure the successful planning, implementation, monitoring and optimisation of media within the Home Owner marketing team
• Manage and maintain the relationship with all 3rd party media agencies and strategic media partners.
• Report, analyse and optimise a large range of mass reach and demand generation media channels to drive clear outcome-based results for the Home Lending business.
• Leverage customer audience and data analytics to personalise the media strategy.
• Maintain a “one way, same way” approach to purchasing media across Marketing
• Improve the capability of Media resources.

What you will bring

You are an experienced outcome and data driven focused marketer specialised in omni-channel media who is passionate about all things marketing and customer.  You will be working in the Home Owner Marketing team, leading the buying, analysing, optimising and reporting of all media channels within the remit of Home Ownership whilst also playing a key role building and maintaining world class media practices across NAB Marketing.

This is a demanding role, as you will need to navigate your way through this fast-paced marketing environment. Tertiary qualified in a relevant field, you can demonstrate:

• Extensive media buying and personalisation experience
• Commercial acumen demonstrated through your ability to understand performance outcomes and insights to make optimisations to drive results.
• Database administration
• Banking and financial industry
• Senior stakeholder management experience
