HardyGroup is seeking an energetic Marketing coordinator to support the execution of marketing and communications campaigns to increase brand awareness and business growth.
This role will combine your knowledge of digital marketing, content creation with your ability to provide strategic advice and to execute a range of marketing activities.
Based in Sydney CBD and reporting to the Director of Marketing & Digital Growth, you will work with an experienced and dynamic team of professionals who share the company vision ‘to provide organisations with the best leadership talent in the world’ and values that include ‘exceeding client expectations’; ‘the power of team’; ‘making change happen’. The Opportunity
You will be a key member of the Marketing team and will look after marketing channels including, social media, email communication, collateral production, and co management and reporting on paid campaigns. You will also support our wider team responding to and executing ad hoc marketing requests.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- You hold a tertiary qualification in Marketing and have relevant industry experience
- Experience in designing and executing paid campaigns across digital channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads
- You understand SEO best practice and opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability in copy writing for digital and print media and other marketing platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic and communication skills
- You can perform and deliver in a fast-paced role
