Their services extend from Strata, through to building and facilities management and concierge services across NSW, ACT, QLD & VIC. We are looking for an innovative and dynamic Events and Marketing Coordinator to lead our event marketing initiative. In this role you will be responsible, with support from the marcomms team, for the overall success of our events, leveraging your marketing skills to make each event a memorable experience.

You will manage vendor relationships, oversee collateral creation and be the on-site event representative. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will ensure that our events align with our marketing goals and are delivered within budget.

This role is perfect for someone with a flair for event planning and a passion for building brand presence through events. There is a large focus on our internal company events. They will be a team player, can collaborate with colleagues, clients and professional partners and be highly organised showing initiative to achieve results.

About the Role:

•Develop the events calendar and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a successful events plan

•Lead and implement inspiring events from brief to execution, including sourcing and booking venues and liaising with venue management.

•Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and attendees.

•Responsible for managing the creation and distribution of marketing collateral.

•Manage event promotion and communications across multi channels in collaboration with marcomms team.

•Ensure smooth event execution within budget and meeting goals.

•Provide general admin, marketing, and communication support as needed.

About You:

•Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field is highly desirable

•Excellent project management skills and have the ability to prioritize and multitask.

•Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

•Customer-focused approach.

•Good understanding of and familiarity with email marketing platforms and website content management systems

•Competent Microsoft Office Suite skills including Word, Excel, Power Point and basic design editing skills

•Positive approach to problem solving and ability to multitask.

•Ability to work in a team and autonomously.

•Effective planning, time management, and organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
