Marketing Coordinator

Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia offers experience-based holidays in spectacular wilderness locations, including Ayers Rock Resort in the iconic Red Centre and tourism facilities in Mossman Gorge, located in tropical Queensland.

This role is located at our office in Sydney, which serves as a central hub, providing support to our operational teams based in our two locations.
We are seeking a Marketing professional with a passion for cultural tourism, has a can-do attitude, and an organised multitasker to join our Marketing Team as Marketing Coordinator. This role will see you support the marketing function plan and execute a range of initiatives across Voyages and its brands.

This role will support the go-to-market campaign execution across own and paid channels and work closely with the appropriate stakeholders. The role will also support the brand team in building strength and consistency across all touch points.

Key duties:

• Support the go-to-market campaign execution across both paid and owned channels, ensuring relevant content and messaging is delivered as per the overarching campaign strategy.
• Support the brand team in building strong, consistent brands across all internal and external touch points
• Provide ad hoc marketing support across the Voyages portfolio including internal departments, products and initiatives.
• Finance management, process invoices and set up suppliers in our financial management system

To be successful for this role you will have:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within the travel industry
• Strong communication skills
• Detail oriented executor. Highly skilled at planning, organising, prioritising and executing simultaneous projects and activities at once.
• A self-starter attitude that's comfortable with constant change and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
