The companyEstablished over 25 years ago, Edge Recruitment is a specialist agency working exclusively in the property sector.  We provide recruitment solutions to a diverse range of clients across the ever-evolving property industry. 

In 2023 we joined with people2people, a leading national recruitment agency.  This provides us with access to the best systems, technology and back-office support while continuing to provide a highly personalised service to our candidates and clients.

The roleOur team is seeking a marketing all-rounder to work closely with our consulting team.  Reporting to the Marketing Manager based in Sydney, this role is responsible for managing the day-to-day marketing of Edge Recruitment to continue to build our brand and drive growth. 

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies
• Create content and marketing material to use across a variety of marketing platforms
• Manage social medial accounts including Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram
• Client communications including newsletters
• Event management and sponsorship
• Measuring and reporting on marketing activities

About you
As a role with wide variety we are seeking an experienced marketer who is able to manage our brand at a high level while executing ideas and implementing the fundamentals on a day-to-day basis.  It’s important that you have an eye for detail, be a confident communicator and be able to prioritise effectively. 

Exposure to the property industry or the recruitment sector will be an advantage to help you hit the ground running quickly.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous marketing experience is essential.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, digital media, communications, or related field.
  • Solid understanding of branding, marketing, and event management
  • Experience in social media management.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Communicate ideas and creative concepts effectively to stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.

This is a part-time role based in our CBD office two days per week.  Hours can be worked across two or three days.
