🌱Position Overview: Akers of Lawn is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate and excited about marketing, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility, attract new customers, and engage our existing client base.

🌱Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote Akers of Lawn's services and brand in line with new Strategic Plans.
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials.
• Oversee Website, with a strong understanding of SEO + Google Analytics and its overall impact.
• Coordinate social media posts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement in line with Marketing & Business Plans.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
• Analyse marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral and support sales efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure Akers of Lawn remains competitive in the market.

🌱Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing - highly regarded.
• Experience in a similar marketing role, with proven ability to work autonomously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for landscaping and outdoor living spaces is a plus but not essential.
