We are seeking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented ClusterMarketing Coordinator to join our team in PARKROYAL Darling Harbour and Parramatta. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing channels.

The successful candidate will:

• Support in the coordination and implementation of hotel marketing campaigns 
• Manage and optimize social media profiles, in line with the Hotels brand personality, by creating content calendars, scheduling posts, and engaging with the online community
• Produce and coordinate content for digital communication channels, website, ecommerce and EDM
• Monitor, maintain and update content on our hotel websites using our CMS Adobe Experience Manager and WordPress
• Assist with all eDM campaigns

Ideally you will have:

• A minimum of 1 years Digital Marketing experience 
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Marketing, communications, digital and/or PR experience in tourism would be preferred 
• A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• A genuine passion for tourism and hospitality
• Experience with social media scheduling tools and CMS platforms (WordPress)
• Exposure to developing digital marketing campaigns utilising paid search, SEO, Google analytics, and PPC
