About the Role
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager and working closely with the Digital Design Coordinator this role is responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of the strategic sales and marketing plan, across retirement living, home care, day respite and residential aged care, to create business growth.
This is a diverse, all-rounder position for a Marketing Coordinator who can work autonomously, within our smaller budget, but as part of a high performing team. This role works across online and offline channels to broaden brand awareness of our services and products. Additionally, this role plans, and tracks marketing results, along with managing content, budgets, and advertising campaigns. You will be an innovative thinker with demonstrated out-of-the-box solutions and have a creative mind with superb written and verbal communicate skills.
Core Responsibilities
- Create and implement asset plans, including demographics, customer types, segmentation opportunities, product marketing positioning and opportunities.
- In conjunction with the Sales and Marketing team, implement the annual marketing plan of activities to deadlines and budgets.
- Execute internal and external marketing campaigns, across a variety of platforms, and marketing materials across the businesses core offerings.
- Track and assist in managing the annual sales and marketing budget.
- Work closely with the People & Culture team to produce internal and external content and stories to promote the Seasons values, recruitment ads, and human resource projects for stakeholders.
- Execute and manage digital advertising for Seasons across all digital platforms, including but not limited to social media channels and Google.
- Collaborate with Digital & Design Coordinator to maintain the Seasons website, including content management, and information about Seasons on third-party and partner websites.
- Collaborate with all departments to create videos, signage, flyers, magazines, promotional items, along with internal guides and branded documentation.
- Assist in the organisation of and participate in community engagement, events and partnerships, expos, and project a positive image for Seasons Living.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders/partners and hold accountability and deliver on business requirements, including website providers, digital agencies, etc.
- Manage Seasons presence on third party website to ensure maximum ROI.
- Proactively execute Media releases and support reactive public relation situations.
- Work collaboratively with marketing team to create campaign schedule.
- Deliver continuous improvement to marketing communications initiatives; gathering insights, measuring, and analysing, to optimise strategies and achieve better outcomes.
- Provide administration support and respond to online reviews, enquiries, and third-party listings.

Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 2+ years business experience in the marketing, communications, or public relations industry, including proven experience in marketing, communications, and writing.
- Ideally: experience with social media platforms, website CMS, Marketing CRMs.
