Probity Web Marketing has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, driven, and proactive team player to join the team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator.
With the opportunity to directly support the CEO & Founder, you will join as a key member of a tight-knit team and be responsible for coordinating our client’s Digital Marketing strategies.
You will work closely to spearhead a small team of content creators, to create and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns that meet our client objectives, generate leads and drive long-term success.
This position is ideal for a team player who is passionate about all things Digital Marketing and has a confident understanding of digital market practices including but not limited to SEM, SEO, Email, Web Design, and Social Media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
The role will encompass a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Evaluate client Digital Marketing strategies and online presence for improvements
- Conduct website audits using platforms like Google Analytics, Search Console, Sitebulb, etc
- Develop and manage various Digital Marketing channels, including AdWords, Display, YouTube, Facebook Ads, Email, etc
- Conduct keyword research, assist with content creation, and post on relevant platforms in agreed formats
- Stay updated on the latest Digital Marketing concepts, User Experience, Conversion Rate Optimization, and Web Design Principles
- Perform monthly reporting as well as general administrative duties

You will also have:
- At least 2 years of Digital Marketing experience in a similar role. We value experience over formal qualifications. Naturally, if you’ve got the marketing qualifications this is a plus.
- Sound knowledge of Digital Marketing principles and best practices with search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
- Experience with a variety of platforms & tools such as AdWords, Facebook, Google Analytics, Search Console, Sitebulb, Email Platforms, etc
- Good technical skills or understanding in website optimisation
