You will have enablement in your DNA and get energy from the idea of helping bring projects big and small to life. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary marketing team you will contribute to initiatives while also helping shape, organise, and bring business-changing ideas to life.
You'll be super organised and have a confident communication style as this will be key to supporting stakeholders (internal and external) as we explore future ideas, current strategies and deliver amazing outcomes. Things move pretty fast so you’ll need to be comfortable with shifting priorities as we plot a path to the future of healthcare in Australia.
What you'll need to succeed:
To be successful you’ll have an intuitive sense of what customers need along with exposure to marketing campaigns, systems and approaches with a passion for delivering outcomes and the tenacity to see them through to completion. As this is a hands-on role, practical knowledge of key marketing platforms, tools and systems should be part of your experience to-date.
A snapshot of what you’ll do:
- Collaborating with the team to design and execute both digital and traditional media campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights and performance metrics.
- Assisting in organising and supporting public relations activities, including managing relationships with ambassadors, coordinating events, and enhancing brand exposure through various PR efforts.
- Facilitating the creation and deployment of organic social content and partner campaigns; coordinating programs, product launches, and activations to boost brand engagement and reach.
- Supporting the production and rollout of email marketing, including promotions, automation workflows, and customer segmentation to optimise engagement and conversion rates.
- Coordinating communication calendars and ensuring all marketing assets are prepared and delivered timely; support cross-departmental collaboration to provide key insights for marketing effectiveness.
We would love to meet someone with:
Professional Experience:
- A track-record of designing and executing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ideally with recent experience with paid social at scale.
- Background in supporting PR activities and some exposure in managing relationships with brand ambassadors.
- Experience in creating, scheduling, and managing organic social media content and campaigns.
- Familiar with email marketing tools, including campaign creation, automations and performance analysis.
- Experience coordinating and managing communication calendars, client style reporting and have a love of time management.
Job knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Track-record of proven success and confidence within the meta and google paid environments.
- Exposure to and ideally experience with CRM and email marketing platforms, content amplification platforms and organic social media/community platforms.
- The ability to work under own initiative, multi-task, effectively prioritise workloads and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues, suppliers and others at all levels
- Experience troubleshooting and solving difficult and sometimes technical problems
- Strong attention to detail, quality and accuracy imperative
Education, qualifications and certificates:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred but not essential.
- Experience equivalent or direct certification in Google Analytics and Google Ads preferred.
