Role Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in our marketing team, overseeing all organic social media activities for Honest to Goodness (H2G) and partner brands. This position is essential in implementing marketing campaigns across both paid and owned channels, supporting marketing automation, and contributing to regular performance reporting of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and schedule content for organic social media activities (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn) for H2G and partner brands.
- Create engaging captions for social media content and collaborate with the Graphic Designer on asset development.
- Build relationships with influencers and brand advocates to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage community moderation across social media channels, responding to comments and escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to implement marketing campaigns across all brands and channels.
- Support the marketing team in updating and maintaining the CRM, including product uploads, copy updates, discount coupons, and landing pages.
- Assist in building campaigns and journeys within the marketing automation platform (Zoho One).
- Implement SearchSpring across B2C and B2B shopfronts, including merchandising campaigns and reporting insights.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour to inform marketing strategies.
- Use data and analytics to monitor marketing campaign performance and assist in report development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Tertiary qualifications, preferably a degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
- Experience in a marketing support role or agency is highly regarded
- Social and digital marketing experience, ideally with experience in email marketing
- Basic HTML and Photoshop/design skills are preferred
