The Marketing Coordinator will report into Konec’s Head of Brand & Marketing. This role is a great opportunity for professional growth, you’ll be able to make your mark and excel your career in marketing.
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Collaborate in the strategic development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multi channels, maintaining consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and analyse performance metrics to optimise strategies.
- Concept and create content ideas for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with graphic designers and other creative teams to ensure the visual elements of marketing materials align with the brand's identity and messaging.
- Utilise CRM software to manage customer data, segment audiences, and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
- Implement and optimise email marketing campaigns, including creating templates, monitoring deliverability, and analysing campaign performance.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
- Collaborate and assist in managing external partnerships on co-branded campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify industry trends, benchmark against competitors, and recommend adjustments to marketing strategies.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness in all marketing initiatives.
Ideal candidate:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, brand management, and/or agency, including experience in Australia
- Proven experience and success in social media management and/or content ideation and creation
- Familiarity with CRM or customer re-engagement platforms; experience using Braze or Iterable (or similar) is a plus
- Experience and/or enthusiasm for telco, mobile or the technology category
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Familiarity with digital (paid) media: Meta, GoogleAds, TikTok advertising
