Position Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various platforms. This position requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure that marketing efforts align with Hobart Business Brokerage's mission and core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Coordination: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing. Ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Content Development: Support the creation of marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, advertisements, and other promotional collateral. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all brands.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and other marketing team members to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Provide regular updates on campaign progress.
- Event Coordination: Help organise events for community engagement, and other promotional activities to increase brand visibility and generate leads. Manage event logistics and coordinate with external partners.
- Social Media Management: Contribute to the creation and scheduling of social media content. Monitor engagement and suggest improvements to increase reach and effectiveness.
- Marketing Analytics: Track and analyse key marketing metrics to evaluate campaign success. Provide reports and insights for continuous improvement.
- Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks related to marketing activities, such as maintaining databases, managing marketing budgets, and coordinating with vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or experience in a related field or role.
- Previous experience in a marketing or coordination role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.
