As we embark on the next phase of our growth strategy we need an in-house marketing guru!
We are all about customer service and delivering exceptional client experiences from all the departments in our business. We are a diverse real estate agency, offering clients in the South East of Melbourne our professional services of Sales, Leasing, Commercial, and Property Development. Our office is located in Cheltenham', we are preparing to open our second office nearby in a bustling main shopping district. THE ROLE
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Marketing Coordinator/Manager who can help us deliver the goals of our next phase of brand growth. You will need to be passionate about branding, social media savvy, and have lots of creative ideas to contribute. Whilst we are a professional real estate business, we like to do things a bit out of the ordinary, whilst retaining old-fashioned customer service values.
You will commence part-time, in our office with our team and the successful candidate will evolve with us into a full-time role within 6 to 12 months.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Engage and grow our community with relevant content across social media and our CRM via email marketing.
Create a content strategy that follows our brand guidelines, weekly, monthly,seasonally and yearly that resonates with our goals
Discover ways we can be participants of local and the wider community groups so we can contribute and add value
Assist our sales and leasing administration with marketing requirements (campaign requirements, signboards, photography, copy for advertising, website uploads and editing, EDM's and print media)
Create and manage the marketing calendar
Update our website with listings, projects, and blogs as necessary.
Prepare and send marketing schedules to clients and team
Assist and communicate with the Office Manager, Director, and head of leasing for marketing requirements they will have.
Salary of up to $75k plus super (pro-rata) depending on experience.
ABOUT YOU
You are creative and have forward ideas.
Can demonstrate a minimum of 2 years experience in a role like this (real estate preferred but NOT essential)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can build relationships with ease.
You can create engaging content, are social media savvy, are not camera shy, and can have some fun
Organised and deadline-driven.
Can work in a fast-paced and open workspace environment with
You know your way around Facebook Business Manager (including reporting) and can manage our Google accounts and everything it does and can do!
Have proven experience in working with WordPress websites, Canva, Adobe (InDesign), and other programs.
