The role
The role will focus simultaneously on growth, enhancing customer experience and engagement, and increasing marketing channels. The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing across the business, from strategy development to exceptionally executing the plans into the market.
The role anchors the core business position to drive commercial returns using relevant levers to target core audiences. The Marketing Coordinator maximises brand awareness through meaningful connections with both existing and prospective customers. The role delivers strong engagement and measurable results.
Key Tasks
This is a strategic marketing role reporting to the General Manager. Activating a strong market position is a critical priority of the role to inform tactical execution that delivers measurable returns. The role will:
- Implementation of brand growth plans across Australia.
- Identify opportunities based on research, analysis, and a strategic view. Conduct deep-dive analyses of the various data sources to inform the direction of the marketing resources.
- Grow and increase sales by leading the creation and optimization of new customer acquisition campaigns.
- Build vital marketing activities, initiatives and materials that support our team and positively develop the strength of our brand across Australia.
- Review and manage buyer personas, web content, case studies and/or customer testimonials, and presentations, and implement training programs and tools that support the selling process.
- Manage the website to align it with insights, buyers' journeys, and business objectives.
- Run ALL content programmes, including social, eDM, blogs, and other agreed content.
- Support events like trade shows.
- Establish analytics and reporting metrics across the marketing function to ensure KPIs are met.
- Support the team with tactical executions like event marketing
- Development of the brand promise and key metrics to drive performance throughout the business.
- Development of the brand story defining, delivering, and measuring the customer experience is a critical part of the role. And tell the story!
- Development and Measurement of Customer NPS tracking
Qualifications & Experience
- 1- 2 years experience in a marketing role
- Ideally, a marketing qualification like a bachelor’s degree in business or Marketing or a similar
- Ideally, experience in digital marketing strategy will enable commercial results to be aligned with key performance indicators.
- Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM tools
- Familiarity with Design tools like Canva, Adobe Indesign or similar
- Experience in various digital marketing approaches from email, SMS, google paid and search engine optimisation.

- Must be able to work autonomously to get the job done.
- Must also be able to work collaboratively across the business to develop the marketing elements of the CRM using and future ERP and CRM tools. This is a critical digital channel to engage directly with customers and automate marketing conversations.
