An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our growing and successful business based in Port Melbourne, on a permanent part-time basis. The ideal candidate would have a background in design communication/ graphic design and are encouraged to apply.
Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supporting the Marketing & Communications Manager
• Asset creation, deployment, and reporting for range of online and offline channels including socials, eDMs, website, newsletter, adverts, media articles, in-house digital signage, and presentations.
• Stakeholder management of suppliers/clients for suitable content and partnership activities
• Copy writing, proofing, and editing articles for industry B2B publications and social media
• Adhoc marketing support as required, including data entry, maintaining asset libraries & standard business forms/documents and event support.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or similar discipline with minimum 3+ years relevant experience. This isn't a role for a junior.
• Superior copy writing, editing and proofreading skills (B2B experience highly regarded)
• Experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn & YouTube)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Graphic design skills (Canva)
• Experience with Squarespace, Hootsuite and MailChimp (or similar) desirable
• Organised with outstanding time management skills as you'll need to manage an array of tasks daily
• Strong communication and people skills (written and verbal)
• Positive 'can-do' attitude with a passion for bringing brand messaging to life through campaigns
