AddressMarketing Coordinator / Graphic Designer
We seek a creative and digitally savvy in office Marketing Coordinator / Graphic Designer keen to learn, grow, and make this role their own. Reporting to the Director and Operations Manager, this role's primary focus is creating compelling marketing materials for our portfolio or brands, boosting our online presence to attract sales.
You will be a self-starter, proficient in the Adobe suite, and with a sound knowledge of the digital marketing mix, including social and content development.
Responsibilities:
- Design all digital and printed collateral: EDMs, pricelists, Brochures, Exhibition Signage, Banners, etc.
- Roll out product launches and promotions across digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Social media content creation and coordination across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, from content planning to filming, editing, and engaging with our community.
- Group website content management: new products, blogs, content improvement, SEO across WordPress and Shopify.
- Play a pivotal role in Influencer Marketing days.
- Maintain our client directory and marketing resources for clients, manage Dropbox, and collaborate with clients' needs.
- Assist in organising Exhibitions - Promote attendance, design compelling resources and set-ups and liaise with suppliers to ensure the best outcome.
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years' experience successfully implementing Marketing communication activities such as product launches, social media campaigns, eDMs (Mailchimp & Active Campaign), and seasonal promotions.
- Ability to work with a Content Management System & maintain websites (preferred experience with Shopify/WordPress)
- 2 years' experience in graphic design, creating brand collateral and upholding brand guidelines (Adobe Creative Cloud Suite & Canva), for both print & digital.
- Experience in copywriting & content creation.
- Ability to prioritise and balance multiple projects, especially in a fast-paced environments.
- Experience in photography is highly favourable.
