The Position
- Provide end to end sales support to a team of busy Sales Agents
- Manage Agent's diaries, emails and appointment bookings
- Prepare listing presentations, agency agreements, appraisals and sales contracts
- Assist with the coordination of property marketing, including advertising properties for sale online and on social media accounts
- Liaise with buyers, vendors and solicitors throughout the sales process
- Respond to incoming sales enquiries and prepare correspondence
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Marketing Coordinator will have a strong background in real estate sales/marketing administration. As a professional, you will pride yourself on high-quality, efficient output and set that as the standard for others to follow.
- Would suit a Receptionist/Administrator with some campaign experience that wants to take the next step up.
- Tech savvy with proficiency in real estate software and tools and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
- Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team and motivate others
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a steady volume of work
- A responsible, mature and professional approach
- Enjoys dealing with people daily
