Due to this recent growth, we are seeking to expand our team and are looking for the right person to help us coordinate and streamline our marketing activities.

The ideal candidate would be considered a marketing ‘all-rounder’ who will assist in all facets of marketing with a particular focus on digital marketing and social media.

Being able to take direction and support the National Marketing Manager is of the utmost importance.

About key responsibilities:
- Manage all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to expand online reach, grow audiences and increase engagement;
- Work closely with agency to create engaging customer content including flyers, newsletter, emails, videos, webinars etc;
- Develop, create, implement, and report on marketing campaigns, in particular email campaigns;
- Maintain inventory of sales and marketing support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary;
- Manage client and sales team online portals to ensure latest marketing collateral is available;
- Assist in the planning of meetings, events, conferences, trade shows, workshops, webinars by identifying requirements, developing schedules and coordinating mailing lists;
- Maintain and regularly upkeep company websites;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and agencies;
- Provide a highly level of administrative support across a variety of projects;
- Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.
About the required skills and qualifications:
- Experience in marketing coordination or similar role;
- Proven ability to analyse digital performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise campaigns;
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media (organic and paid) marketing;
- Effective time management, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Basic graphic design skills will be an advantage.
