About our Client:
An established and respected law firm, our client provides their clients with high quality legal services across corporate and commercial law, property, estate planning and probate, employment and workplace law, data and privacy law and dispute resolution and litigation. In this newly created opportunity, you will be responsible for assisting the broader marketing team with the execution of marketing activities, promotions and campaigns. You will have a hands on role in the implementation of marketing strategies to grow the firm and use of their legal services.
About the Opportunity:
Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing activities, promotions and campaigns, you will coordinate the logistics of in person and virtual events, including planned webinars and provide support in briefing, proofing and executing changes required to promotional and campaign collateral and digital assets with the in-house graphics team. Working closely with the in-house digital team to brief, book and oversee execution of required activities such as promotional advertising opportunities through to eDM development, launches and retrieval of tracking reports, you’ll also manage administration tasks for compliance purposes and on occasion produce content for marketing, respond to enquiries and leads, and produce blogs, newsletter content, email curation and public relations.
About You:
With previous experience in a similar Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Administration role, ideally you will also have experience within a legal environment. A consummate communicator, you’ll have highly developed written and verbal communication skills and an ability to build relationships with key business stakeholders. Able to work independently as well as part of a high functioning team environment, you have strong attention to detail and proof reading skills and are keen to develop your personal knowledge and grow in your career. Experience with event platforms, Zoom, Marketo, ActionStep, WebFlow would be a bonus and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms is desired.
