AddressDesigner Bums is a leading Australian reusable nappy and baby essentials company based in Ivanhoe East. We manufacture and sell a wide range of multi-award-winning baby products including reusable nappies, baby bags, change mats, nursery items, swaddles, and bedding.
We are seeking an experienced Social Media + Marketing Coordinator to join our friendly and relaxed all-female team in a casual role 2-3 days per week in an ongoing capacity. With a focus on creating content, managing Facebook, Instagtram, Pinterest and Tiktok platforms including Content and ads
Main Duties:
- Managing Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok and Pinterest Ads
- Creating ideas and planning marketing and promotion initiatives
- Reporting and analysing results, customer list segments, and making improvements and strategic changes
- Scheduling and writing copy for social posts, blogs, stories, and EDMS
- Creating Content and copy for various social media platforms
- Working with our Graphic Designer to plan and execute marketing initiatives both short and long-term timelines
- Working with the wider team to film and create content videos
- Nurturing our online community and VIP Group
- Planning and executing collaborations, giveaways, and influencer marketing
- Overseeing affiliates, product testers, and ambassadors
- Promoting our presence via socials when we attend baby shows and other events and promotions
- Creating and managing social media ads, reporting on performance
- Managing relationships and the performance of our Ads agency, SEO, Web Developer
- Reviewing our email automations and Digital customer journey regularly to ensure uniformity, sales performance and design is best in class.
- Entering products into annual awards
- Working with local councils to promote products
- Staying ahead of social media trends and implementing in our marketing
- Other marketing adhoc
The Ideal person will have:
- A strong background in Digital Marketing
- Experience creating content for social media
- Experience managing and creating social media ads
- Experience with Shopify and Klayvio
- Have Graphic Design and photography skills
- Excellent content writing skills
- A keen design eye and understanding of current social media eCommerce practices
- Experience in a similar e-commerce role with consumer goods
- Reliable, trustworthy, punctual, and motivated
- Good attention to detail and making constant improvements
- Self-starter who can work alone and autonomously
- Dynamic, creative sense of fun and an interest in eco-friendly products
- Happy to work in a family-friendly, relaxed, and warm all-female team
Previous experience in a similar social media advertising, Digital Marketing and e-commerce role is essential
Based at our East Ivanhoe Warehouse with on-site car park - Must have reliable transportation to get to work. Salary is negotiable on experience and in addition a generous annual product allowance. It is the perfect role for someone seeking flexibility around school hours.
