Little Bang Brewing and Tap Room located in Stepney, east of Adelaide is now looking for a Marketing & Creative Manager.
About Little Bang Brewing:
In 2013, "Little Bang Brewing" officially started in a tiny garage, brewing unique and unconventional beers. In 2018 Little Bang opened a bigger production brewery and taphouse in Stepney. Our second tap room is currently in the works at the Tonsley Innovation District, we’ll be pouring beers and cooking up a storm in the historic Boiler House!
The role provides a great blend of autonomy and support and reports into the National Sales Director.
Key KPI’s
- Developing strategic marketing plans and budgets that effectively build the Little Bang brand
- Generating engaging on-brand content for product releases, promotional campaigns and social media
- Managing and driving engagement on social media accounts, website, and online store
- Driving sales and growth through Little Bangs ecommerce store.
- Generating artwork and marketing collateral for social media, events, and wholesale promotions
- Managing designers and artists in the label, merchandise, collateral development process
- Developing and implementing initiatives and promotions in consultation with the executive, sales, and taproom teams
- Working closely with the venue and events teams to support the promotion of in-house events and activities to promote the Little Bang experience
- Photography, videography and graphic design skills are highly regarded
- Assist the Sales Director with developing sponsorship and partnerships opportunities that generate branding opportunities in alignment with the marketing budget/plan
- Managing and building on the engagement of Little Bang brewery existing membership program including the use of EDMs
To be considered for this permanent position you will need to have prior experience in a similar marketing role. Naturally you will bring to the table a style and interpersonal and communication skills that align with the vibrant, energetic atmosphere of our craft beer brand.
It is assumed you will have a strong understanding of analytics necessary to drive and inform consumer engagement and activities. Your other technical attributes will include demonstrated graphic design ability and experience with Adobe suite (Photoshop / Illustrator). While some prior experience with e-commerce may be favourable it is not essential.
Marketing related tertiary qualifications will be viewed favourable but are not as essential as your knowledge of and interest in the craft beer industry.
